Job Title: Non-CDL Shuttle Driver
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay: $25.00 - $25.50 per hour + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Job Summary:
We are hiring professional, safety-minded CDL Shuttle Drivers to support a major transportation program in the Seattle area. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, customer-focused, and looking to grow within a company that values its team. Paid training is available for those who do not yet have a Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport business passengers along scheduled routes
- Conduct daily DOT vehicle inspections and fuel equipment as needed
- Promptly report any vehicle defects and complete required logs
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle at all times
- Deliver a safe, smooth, and welcoming commute for passengers
- Consistently provide excellent customer service
- Follow safety policies and operating procedures
Must Haves / Requirements Summary:
- 21 years of age or older
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screening
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently and follow directions
- Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one during hiring process)
Preferred:
- Valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- If not currently licensed, paid CDL training is available
Compensation & Benefits:
- $25.00-$25.50/hour
