**Key Responsibilities:**

- Make outbound calls to potential candidates.

- Introduce our services and job opportunities.

- Qualify leads and generate interest.

- Maintain accurate records of calls in an Excel spreadsheet.

- Provide updates in twice-weekly meetings.
