Charter Driver - $5K Sign on Bonus

Job Title: Charter Driver (CDL A or B)
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Pay: $28.50 $33.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Job Summary:
A premier transportation provider is seeking a polished Charter Driver to deliver exceptional service for high-end events including conferences, weddings, sporting events, and private group travel. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, route knowledge, and customer-first energy to every trip. Drivers will operate a variety of vehicles and adapt to real-time logistics, all while representing the company with pride.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from special events and charter assignments
• Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with boarding and exiting
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of vehicle at all times
• Adapt to changing logistics and client needs on the spot
• Navigate efficiently throughout the Greater Puget Sound area
• Conduct daily DOT inspections and report any vehicle defects
• Complete all required documentation accurately
• Fuel and secure vehicle post-assignment
• Report safety issues and participate in incident reviews as needed

Must Haves / Requirements Summary:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement
• Current and active DOT Medical Card
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and criminal background check
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and follow direction
• Prior experience as a Charter or Chauffeur Driver preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with commercial driving in Seattle and the Puget Sound area
• Experience working with corporate clients or private events
