Position Summary

Core Responsibilities
You will serve as a key member of the transaction team, responsible for managing multiple engagements simultaneously while supporting senior bankers throughout the full M&A lifecycle. You will prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and presentation materials for client pitches and board presentations. Additionally, you will perform industry research and competitive analysis to support strategic positioning and valuation frameworks.
You will manage client relationships, coordinating with legal advisors, accountants, and other transaction professionals to ensure smooth deal execution. You will assist with due diligence processes, including financial statement analysis, operational reviews, and synergy identification. Your responsibilities also include participating in deal structuring discussions, preparing transaction documentation, and supporting closing activities.
Beyond transactions, you will contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential clients and opportunities within the healthcare vertical. You will maintain relationships with key healthcare industry contacts and help expand the practice's market presence. Strong communication skills are essential as you will present findings to clients and internal stakeholders regularly.
Must-Have Requirements
You must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, with a strong academic record. A minimum of two years of relevant investment banking, corporate finance, or comparable financial advisory experience is required. You should demonstrate exceptional financial modeling capabilities and proficiency with valuation methodologies including comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and DCF modeling.
Healthcare industry knowledge is highly advantageous. You must exhibit strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage complex datasets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
You should demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under deadline pressure. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases is required.
