Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Pay Rate: $53.69 – $55.69 per hour

Position Overview
An established healthcare organization seeks certified Nuclear Medicine Technologists for 90-day onsite contracts in Hartford, Connecticut. The department performs a broad range of diagnostic nuclear imaging for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals per regulatory and departmental protocols
• Perform planar, SPECT, and SPECT/CT imaging across a broad range of clinical indications
• Acquire and process images to diagnostic quality standards for radiologist interpretation
• Operate gamma cameras and imaging workstations safely and efficiently
• Monitor patients before, during, and after imaging procedures
• Document radiopharmaceutical administration, dosimetry, and quality control accurately
• Follow all radiation safety and NRC compliance requirements

Requirements

• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification in good standing
• Active Connecticut nuclear medicine license or eligibility
• Minimum 1 year clinical nuclear medicine experience
• BLS certification
• Must reside 60+ miles from facility (travel assignment requirement)

Preferred Qualifications

• SPECT/CT or PET experience
• Cardiac nuclear medicine experience
• Experience in a high-volume imaging department
