About the Role
An established defense and intelligence services contractor is hiring a Mid Level Motion GEOINT Analyst to support national security mission partners. This analyst exploits full motion video and other geospatial sources to produce timely, accurate intelligence. The company offers stable long-term contracts, mission-focused work, and growth within the intelligence community.
The ideal candidate is a cleared motion imagery analyst with several years of mission experience who can work independently and guide newer analysts. You stay focused during long missions, write clear products under tight deadlines, and take pride in accuracy. You bring solid knowledge of exploitation tools and a strong commitment to supporting national security mission partners. You collaborate well with analysts across disciplines and are comfortable briefing findings to mission leaders. You bring a steady, professional approach to high-tempo operations and sensitive intelligence work.

Core Responsibilities
- Exploit full motion video and imagery to identify activity of interest
- Produce geospatial intelligence reports, products, and briefings
- Track targets and patterns of life across multiple data sources
- Correlate motion imagery with signals and other intelligence reporting
- Maintain accurate databases and products using GIS tools
- Coordinate with analysts and mission partners on collection needs
- Mentor junior analysts on exploitation techniques
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
- Experience as a motion imagery or GEOINT analyst
- Proficiency with FMV exploitation and GIS tools such as ArcGIS
- Strong analytic writing and briefing skills
- Ability to work onsite in a secure facility
- Military or intelligence community analytic training
- Active TS clearance with SCI access and polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in geography, intelligence studies, or related field
- Experience with SOCET GXP or similar exploitation software
- Experience supporting DoD or IC mission partners
- NGA GEOINT professional certification
- Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
