Core Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing events including trade shows, corporate conferences, executive roundtables, and promotional activations
- Develop comprehensive event project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met efficiently
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, agencies, and venue partners to deliver seamless event experiences
- Oversee event logistics including venue selection, contract negotiation, catering, audio-visual production, signage, and transportation
- Create and manage pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing communications and promotional materials
- Track and analyze event performance metrics, providing detailed post-event reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Support the development of event strategies that align with broader marketing campaign goals and lead generation objectives
- Manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and speaker coordination
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to amplify event reach through social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising channels
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all events, including contracts, budgets, and vendor agreements
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of progressive event marketing or event management experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing event budgets
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site event support as needed
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring event ROI and reporting on key performance indicators
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event registration platforms
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
