Core Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and PLC ladder logic
- Install, align, and rebuild motors, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors
- Follow lockout tagout and all plant safety procedures
- Document work orders and parts usage in the maintenance system
- Partner with production teams to reduce downtime
- High school diploma or GED
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Electrical troubleshooting skills including three-phase power and motor controls
- Mechanical skills with bearings, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Technical school or apprenticeship in industrial maintenance
- PLC troubleshooting experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Automotive, rubber, or heavy manufacturing experience
- Electrical or mechanical craft certification
- Pay: $70,720 – $91,520 per year (equivalent to $34.00 – $44.00 per hour)
