Well established 30 year old Endo group based in the Bay area is searching for a full time Endodontist! This group has been growing at over 20% year over year, and is the only Endo group in the area doing IV sedation in the practice. The group has 5 practices, and each practice is equipped 3 operatories that have Global Surgical Microscopes, Dexis digital x-rays, and CBCT machines. The practice owner is very open to mentorship and continuous improvement clinically, so new Endo graduates are encouraged to apply! The group is also open to partnership. This group is also GUARANTEEING a full schedule at all times, has both weekly and monthly full clinical meetings where all the doctors share difficult / challenging cases they saw that week, and they have over 2700 total referring doctors / practices in the area.
