A family run private practice that has been serving the community for over 40 years is currently searching for a full time Dentist in Naples, FL. This practice is 8 total operatories, is fully digital, and is FFS ONLY! They have a CEREC Work Flow with 3 Primescans, 3 Mills, and 2 ovens; they have a CBCT, intraoral and Extra photography in every op, 3 monitors in every room with digital patient education videos. They have 4 full time Hygienists, are currently seeing over 50 new patients a month, and are offering a fantastic benefits package that includes heath and dental, 401K with 3 % match, CE match up to $5K, and dental association dues paid. The owners are looking for a truly collaborative dentist who has a growth mindset but who also intrinsically understands both a patient centric and team first mentality.
