Role Overview
TCF is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical minded consultant to support the clean-up, structuring, and categorization of its stakeholder database. The consultant will play a key role in strengthening TCFs institutional knowledge by organizing contacts across multiple categories and mapping them to TCF's strategic domains and sub-domains. The work will be executed primarily on Salesforce, in close coordination with multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, transfer, update, and standardize TCFs existing stakeholder database to Salesforce
- Categorize contacts across key stakeholder groups, including but not limited to: Funders, Ecosystem partners, Government stakeholders, Foundations, Strategic partners, Media, Non-profits
- Map contacts to TCFs three core domains: Economic Growth, Human Capital and Development Enablers
- Further classify contacts within relevant sub-domains such as (illustrative):Deregulation, Manufacturing, Apprenticeships, Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Other domain-relevant themes
- Update past meeting notes (across different team members), interactions, and upcoming actions for each contact and stakeholder
- Verification of all information synthesis and insights uploaded for each stakeholder with the relevant team members along with categorization and organisation of insights, notes and future engagement plan documentation for each stakeholder.
- Flag inconsistencies, duplications, or missing information and propose structured solutions
- Maintain clear documentation of categorization logic and data standards used
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
- Ability to think systematically and categorize information logically
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills and comfort coordinating with multiple teams
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfort learning new digital tools quickly
