About The Convergence Foundation

The Convergence Foundation (TCF) is an Indian philanthropic foundation dedicated to catalysing rapid and sustained economic growth to enhance the lives of all Indians. Established by Ashish and Manisha Dhawan in April 2021, TCF builds on their legacy of impactful philanthropy, including the founding of transformative institutions like Ashoka University and the Central Square Foundation.

To achieve this, we focus on seven key program areas that influence job creation, human capital development through education and skilling, and strengthening state capacity to deliver outcomes.

Role purpose

Be the operating system for hiring. Move candidates smoothly through every stage, keep data clean and auditable, control documents and offers, coordinate onboarding with HR, and turn JDs into simple collaterals. This is an ops-first, detail-first role.



What youll do

  • Candidate coordination: Schedule/reschedule, share packs, confirm panels, capture feedback within 48 hrs, keep candidates updated.
  • RMS & data hygiene: Maintain Manatal stages/tags, de-dupe, keep Sheets current; publish weekly pipeline, productivity tracker and offer reports.
  • Documentation control: Standard naming/folders for CVs, scorecards, IDs, approvals; ensure audit readiness.
  • Offers & onboarding: Generate offer letters from templates, run document checks, pre-joining touchpoints, handoff to HR for Day-
  • Collaterals & comms: Support drafting clear JDs, one-pagers, LinkedIn/campus mailers; basic design in Canva.
  • Process upkeep: Maintain SOPs/checklists/SLAs; follow up on pending actions; close loops with hiring teams.

What good looks like (first 90 days)

  • All interviews confirmed 24 hrs in advance; zero last-minute surprises.
  • 100% interview feedback logged in Manatal within 48 hrs; no stale requisitions.
  • Standardised offer pack live; joining ratio tracked weekly.
  • TA dashboard running; JD/mailer templates refreshed; files audit-ready.

Must-haves (operations mindset over domain)

  • 24 years in any ops-heavy role (e.g., operations, project/admin coordination, MIS/PMO, customer success).
  • Strong Excel/Sheets (filters, pivots, basic lookups) and calendar discipline.
  • High attention to detail, process orientation, and reliable follow-through.
  • Clear written communication; comfort with repetitive tasks and volume.
  • Ability to learn Manatal quickly and stick to SOPs.

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to TA/HR workflows, campus/event coordination, background-check processes, data privacy hygiene, Canva/PowerPoint basics.
