Our client, located in the iconic Valley South Tower in the buzzing Zuidas district, is known for its live-fire kitchen and sophisticated atmosphere. As a Host/Hostess, you will welcome guests with warmth, manage reservations, and help create memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage seating arrangements.
• Provide accurate wait times and oversee the waiting list.
• Manage reservations and coordinate with the wait staff.
• Escort guests to their tables and introduce them to their server.
• Handle phone enquiries and address customer queries.
• Maintain a clean and inviting reception area.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in fine dining or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage reservations and work in a busy setting.
• A warm, professional demeanour and a passion for customer service.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a dining environment.
