About You:

• At least 1 year of kitchen experience or a cookery qualification.
• A passion for working with seasonal ingredients and honing your culinary skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a high-paced, dynamic kitchen environment.
• A keen interest in modern cooking techniques and creative presentation.
• Currently based in Amsterdam or nearby.
