An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a chic restaurant in the heart of De Pijp. This vibrant establishment has rapidly gained a reputation for merging the essence of Zeeland with the allure of Parisian flair. The restaurant's interior, designed by a renowned design studio, combines modern elegance with touches of red and Parisian boudoir style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.

The venue is now seeking an inspiring Head Chef to take the helm. This intimate restaurant serves around 60-70 covers daily and, due to popular demand, will now be opening for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. Its an ideal chance for an ambitious Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career.

The menu offers a rich variety of flavours, from oysters and French classics to beautifully crafted sharing plates. You will be granted full creative control, allowing you to shape the menu and showcase your culinary talents. The venue is a paradise for wine enthusiasts and those who enjoy the finer things in life, boasting an extensive selection of wines and bubbles.

Whats on Offer:

• Salary: 3,5003,800 per month, plus generous tips OTE can be 4,500 - 4,800 a month

Ideal Candidate:

• Solid expertise in French cuisine and/or Zeeland
• Experience within a quality brasserie or high-end dining setting
• Skilled in menu design and development
• Strong leadership qualities with a genuine passion for cooking
• Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team
• Enthusiastic about mentoring and developing team members
• You MUST have work rights in the Netherlands to be considered
