Situated in scenic North Wales, our company operates four highly popular restaurants featuring a relaxed dining atmosphere. Specializing in Mediterranean and Italian-inspired cuisine, they pride ourselves on using the finest local produce.

As they continue to expand our locations and team, we are eagerly seeking a manager who shares our passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm, hospitable welcome to all guests upon arrival
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers
• Oversee, train, and mentor the front of house team
• Monitor customer satisfaction, addressing complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Enforce company policies and procedures among front of house staff
• Maintain exceptional restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
• Oversee staff appearance, ensuring proper uniform and grooming
• Manage inventory levels and initiate re-ordering of supplies as needed
• Keep staff abreast of current menu offerings and daily specials
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Perform other duties as delegated

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work variable hours
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• £28,000 annual salary
• Potential for an annual bonus up to £1,800
• Average of £5,000 in gratuities
• 40-hour contract spread over 52 weeks
