About You:
- 3-5 years of experience in high-end, high-volume kitchens.
- At least 2 years as a Sous Chef
- Expertise in leading and mentoring kitchen teams excess of 15 people
- Passion for seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.
- Experience in Amsterdams dining landscape preferred.
- Currently located in Amsterdam
