About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in high-end, high-volume kitchens.
  • At least 2 years as a Sous Chef 
  • Expertise in leading and mentoring kitchen teams excess of 15 people
  • Passion for seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.
  • Experience in Amsterdams dining landscape preferred.
  • Currently located in Amsterdam
