If you have managed multiple sites, overseen new openings, have a flair for creative menus, and a strong operational brain, we want to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For:

• An Executive Chef with an extensive background in Japanese/Asian cuisine.
• Experienced in working in high-level, international restaurants.
• Skilled in developing menus, new openings, and managing multiple locations.

Your Role Will Include:

• Overseeing the daily operations across our client's award-winning venues.
• Not just cooking, but also managing and supervising the overall operations across multiple sites.
• Working on the business side - think menus, staffing, costings, new openings, recruitment, and more.
• Collaborating with the Head of Culinary on exciting new projects, menu planning, and more.
