About You

• At least 3 years of experience as a Chef with a consistent CV
• Worked in quality-driven, bustling establishments (akin to Bib Gourmand)
• Experience with live-fire cooking is an advantage
• Pride in your work and prior experience in open kitchens
• Value the integrity of ingredients and consistently strives for culinary brilliance
• Eager to contribute to a team that respects tradition, culture, and innovation
• Enthused by the prospect of relocating and integrating into an internationally recognised team in Amsterdam
