We are searching for an experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar team at one of Amsterdam's most exciting restaurants. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, expertly crafted cocktails, and a curated selection of fine wines, this is a place where hospitality, creativity, and quality come together seamlessly.

As Bar Manager, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, shaping the bar programme and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional drinks and service. You'll have the freedom to innovate, bringing fresh ideas to the menu while ensuring the highest standards of execution.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong background in cocktails and wine, with a deep understanding of flavour, technique, and presentation
• Proven leadership experience in a high-energy bar or restaurant environment
• Passion for guest experience and team development
• Ability to drive standards while fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere
• Dutch-speaking is preferred, with excellent communication skills
• You must already be located and living in Amsterdam
