Inspired by the mystical goddesses and the mighty River in Chile, they offer an enchanting dining experience that marries tradition with modern innovation. The venue is known for its stunning décor, unique culinary techniques, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again.

Role Overview

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the guests enjoy not only exceptional food but also outstanding service. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to achieve our business goals, while also nurturing and leading a passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all restaurant operations, including Front of House and Back of House teams.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality service, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with poise and efficiency.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, inspired by South American traditions.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring optimal service coverage.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase restaurant visibility and patronage.
  • Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, with a particular interest in South American cuisine.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential, reflecting the cultural authenticity of our offerings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
