Sous Chef Position - West London

Location: West London
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sous Chef to join our client in a vibrant A La Carte restaurant in West London. Our client prides themself on delivering exceptional culinary experiences with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and diverse flavors inspired by Mediterranean, North African, and European cuisine with relaxed and informal setting tat offers AMAZING customer service and experiences 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively work in the kitchen, leading by example. This includes working on the pass and covering various sections as needed.
  • Manage and inspire a team of 8-12 chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment alongside your Head Chef
  • Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained.
  • Maintain effective kitchen operations.
  • Training new Chefs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fresh food, branded-style restaurant.
  • Strong background in Mediterranean, North African, or European cuisines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and hands-on kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A team player with a hands-on approach to kitchen management.
