Chef de Partie - Exciting Opportunity in a Prestigious Georgian-Era Hotel
A renowned Pub and hotel in King's Lynn, East of England, Is looking to grow their team and is in need of a CDP
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our clients hotel. You will be creating delectable dishes in a bustling environment, utilising the freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Their restaurant prides itself on offering a range of mouthwatering seasonal dishes, and their Bar & Lounge serves afternoon tea, tapas, and a variety of beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
- Ensuring kitchen activities operate smoothly on a daily basis.
- Upholding high food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (2 years plus experience)
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
- Knowledge of European, British and western cuisines
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- A team player with good communication skills.
