About the Role

• Lead a busy retail patisserie and café
• Oversee all front-of-house operations and team performance
• Drive a high standard of customer experience and product display
• Manage stock control, ordering, and rostering
• Support the local marketing and business development efforts

What You'll Need

• Fluent English both spoken and written
• 3-5+ years of retail management experience
• Previous experience working in a European-style bakery, patisserie, or café ideally in the UK or France
• Formal qualifications in retail, hospitality, or business (Diploma level or above required for visa)
• Willingness to relocate to regional Australia
