About the Role
- Lead a busy retail patisserie and café
- Oversee all front-of-house operations and team performance
- Drive a high standard of customer experience and product display
- Manage stock control, ordering, and rostering
- Support the local marketing and business development efforts
What You'll Need
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- 3-5+ years of retail management experience
- Previous experience working in a European-style bakery, patisserie, or café ideally in the UK or France
- Formal qualifications in retail, hospitality, or business (Diploma level or above required for visa)
- Willingness to relocate to regional Australia
