• Lead and inspire the kitchen team, showcasing your culinary expertise.
• Maintain responsibility for multiple sections of the kitchen.
• Demonstrate advanced knife skills and an eye for detail.
• Mentor and supervise junior chefs, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, manage preparation, and maintain stock levels.

Qualifications and Background:

• Proven experience in a high-volume, premium restaurant setting, with a preference for those experienced in Asian cuisine. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• A track record of culinary excellence and consistency, even under pressure.
• Experience of managing a team and running a kitchen section.
• Dedication to maintaining high-quality standards in every dish.
