Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring that both service and culinary standards are maintained at the highest level. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all restaurant operations, including Front of House and Back of House.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages being an advantage, particularly those spoken by the diverse tourist population in Malta.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on international and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Competency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office applications.
