We are currently seeking our next amazing Sous Chef to join this AMAZING Amsterdam restaurant

As a Sous Chef, you will find yourself right at home amidst the heat of the kitchen, where you can truly showcase your talents. You will have the opportunity to lead and manage your own section in our open kitchen, contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations.

To be considered for this role, we require the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a chef, where you have honed your culinary expertise and developed a strong foundation.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position, demonstrating your leadership abilities and your capacity to guide and motivate a team.
  • Experience in managing 10 or more people 
  • Previous experience in quality restaurants, showcasing your familiarity with maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Ability to work with cleanliness and quiet efficiency, ensuring a smooth and well-organized kitchen operation.
  • Given that our kitchens are open, it is essential that you present yourself in a professional manner at all times, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to work in one of the most livable cities in the world, contributing to its vibrant culinary scene.

Employment type: Full-time,

Salary: Starting from 3000 per month plus Tips (circa 600 a month)

Flexible language requirement: Good level of English, Dutch not required
