Le 410 is a lively café in the historic village of Biot known for its cobbled streets, art galleries, and vibrant weekly market. Just a short drive from Antibes and Nice, it offers a rare blend of Mediterranean charm and creative energy.
Were looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen from April 25th (or earlier). Join a supportive, bilingual team and run a simple, efficient kitchen in a relaxed but professional setting.

What you'll do
- Run the kitchen independently and efficiently
- Maintain excellent hygiene and organisation
- Keep service fast and consistent, even when its busy
- Work closely with the team to create a great customer experience

- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Calm under pressure
- Strong organisational skills
- Good English and French our team and customers speak both
- Ready to commit long-term or just for the season if its the right fit
