Buscamos PMO Especialista en la gestión de proyectos de Innovación y Transformación digital, para trabajar de manera híbrida, en una empresa transnacional de origen francés con presencia en la zona de Santa Fe en la CDMX.
OFRECEMOS
Sueldo de 80,000 a 100,000 pesos mensuales brutos (Negociables)

Lic o Ing en Sistemas o Afín (Titulado)
Nivel de Inglés Avanzado (Las entrevistas se realizarán en inglés)
Exp. Como PMO: 5 años +
Exp. Gestilnando Proyectos de Tecnología: 5 años +
Exp. en proyectos de Transformación Digital: 3 años +
Exp. En Change Management: 3 años +
Exp. en Manejo de CRMs: 1 año

Responsabilidades
Participate in the development of the different projects identified within the D&D strategy that brings value to the
business, drives changes, and transform the organization.
Lead and coordinate the projects and products lifecycle, from design to delivery and upgrades across the region
Support the concretization of the strategy by piloting, supporting and/or challenging businesses in the development and
implementation of the projects:
o Attend and lead weekly operational committee meetings
o Leads, gather, supports, challenges business in the design and evaluation of concrete projects
o Drives concrete pilot/projects and products and/or participate in key workshops to support, challenge, and
speed transformation
Ensures the right resources and capabilities are meet for the development of D&D projects /products
Drives/ coordinates countries in the case of regional D&D projects
o Supports in the definition of technical roadmap and its execution for the implementation of projects
o Identifies major roadblocks to transformation; communicates, enables, or proposes solutions
Participates in the identification of project goals, user requirements, scope, risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and
dependencies, in coordination with all stakeholders
Foster collaboration and communication among internal cross-functional teams to share insights, results and effective
use cases
Collaborate with internal teams to identify data requirements and data structure guidelines to ensure data inputs are
accurate, standardized, maintainable and enable business intelligence analytics
Provide overall project oversight, track performance data, analyses trends and recommend effective actions to maximize
project success and ensure that project objectives are being met on schedule, within budget, and with expected quality
Establish a feedback loop to monitor user adoption and continuously improve system functionality, operational
processes, user workflows, and system integrations
Support the development of user training program to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of new systems,
including end user training, change management and communication plans, and go-live support
Ensure a high level of customer service with all stakeholders, including internal customers, partners, and end-users
Ensure effective change management and communication practices that involve key stakeholders and create a shared
vision across the organization.
