At The Branding People, we believe great hires often come through strong networks. If you know someone who would thrive here, we’d love to hear from you.

If your referral is successfully hired and completes their probation period, you’ll receive RM150 as a token of our appreciation.

Simple as that.



Referral Process

1. Recommend a Candidate

Fill in our Referral Form and submit your referral together with the candidate’s most recent resume or CV.

2. Candidate Review

Our recruitment team will evaluate the candidate’s profile and reach out if their experience aligns with our hiring needs.

3. Receive Your Referral Reward

If your referral is successfully hired and completes the required probation period, you’ll receive RM150 as our appreciation.

📌 Is there a limit to how many people I can recommend?
No limit at all. If you know multiple great candidates, feel free to submit them.

📌 Which roles can I refer for?
Yes. You may refer candidates for any position currently listed on our Careers Page.

📌 At what stage will the referral reward be issued?
The reward will be processed after the referred candidate successfully completes their probation period (3 months for Executive & Specialist roles, and 6 months for Leader level and above).

📌 Who can be referred under this program?
Any candidate who has not applied to The Branding People or worked with us within the past 12 months may be eligible.
