• Generate fresh content ideas, recurring content series, and creative campaign concepts

• Write engaging scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content formats

• Develop attention-grabbing hooks, storylines, and calls-to-action that drive engagement

• Prepare interview questions, discussion points, and content frameworks for filming

• Brief talents, hosts, and creators before shoots to ensure content objectives are aligned

• Collaborate with the content and production teams to bring ideas from concept to execution

• Review content performance and identify winning content patterns

• Continuously refine future scripts based on audience behaviour, trends, and performance data

Your Superpowers

• Experience in content creation, copywriting, scriptwriting, journalism, media, marketing, or a related field

• Strong storytelling ability with a natural understanding of what captures attention online
