What You'll Be Crafting
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels — with a strong focus on customer retention and lifecycle marketing.
- Design and manage full-funnel strategies that go beyond acquisition, including retargeting, re-engagement, upsell, and loyalty-driven campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior, cohort performance, and lifecycle data to identify opportunities for improving retention, repeat purchases, and overall customer value.
- Continuously refine audience segmentation and messaging strategies to ensure campaigns are relevant, personalized, and aligned with different stages of the customer journey.
- Work closely with CRM, creative, and strategy teams to align paid media efforts with retention initiatives such as promotions, remarketing flows, and content strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as LTV, retention rate, repeat purchase rate, and engagement.
- Develop structured reports and insights for internal teams and clients, translating performance data into actionable strategies that support long-term growth.
- Test and experiment with new approaches, platforms, and creative angles to improve customer engagement and retention effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budgets strategically to maximize long-term ROI and customer value instead of short-term acquisition efficiency.
Your Superpowers
At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, especially retention strategies such as remarketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and audience nurturing.
Experience analyzing cohort data, customer journeys, and behavioral insights to optimize campaigns for long-term value.
Familiarity with CRM tools and retention marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing, push notifications, or customer segmentation tools) is a strong advantage.
Ability to interpret data beyond surface-level metrics and translate insights into strategic improvements.
Experience collaborating with creative and content teams to develop messaging that resonates with different customer segments.
Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus) for stakeholder management and reporting.
High ownership mindset, with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving agency environment.
