Business Automation & AI Developer (Vibe Coder)

As our partners continue to scale, we're looking for a Business Automation & AI Developer who can build and maintain internal tools, automations, and workflows that keep our operations running efficiently. If you enjoy solving business problems with technology, leveraging AI coding tools, and turning ideas into practical solutions that create real impact — you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Crafting

• Build and maintain internal business tools, dashboards, automations, and workflows that support daily operations.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues such as failed automations, broken integrations, inaccurate reporting, or system errors with a strong sense of urgency.
• Translate plain-language business requests into functional solutions using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
• Automate repetitive manual tasks to improve productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Connect and integrate various business systems, including advertising platforms, spreadsheets, databases, APIs, and web applications.
• Develop new features and enhancements based on team feedback and evolving operational needs.
• Implement validation checks, monitoring, and safeguards to reduce costly human errors and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to understand business requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, and refine tools before deployment to ensure stability and usability.
• Maintain documentation and ensure business-critical automations continue running smoothly.
• Continuously explore AI-assisted development workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and solution quality.

Your Superpowers

• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
• Comfortable building projects through AI collaboration, even if you do not come from a traditional software engineering background.
• Ability to clearly describe problems, requirements, and expected outcomes to AI tools and evaluate the quality of generated solutions.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts, debugging, testing, and deployment workflows.

• Familiarity with GitHub and version control concepts.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, including understanding API documentation, API keys, GET/POST requests, and troubleshooting API errors.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets and workflow automation.

• Basic understanding of SQL, JavaScript, or Python sufficient to review, modify, and troubleshoot AI-generated code.

• Exposure to databases such as Supabase or similar database platforms.

• Familiarity with hosting and deployment platforms such as Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, or equivalent solutions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where business needs evolve quickly.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
