    What You'll Be Crafting

    • Create engaging short-form video content (1–2 videos daily) for product and promotional campaigns.

    • Edit video content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media channels.

    • Brainstorm creative ideas, hooks, and content directions together with the reporting manager.

    • Develop detailed storyboards and video flow before production to ensure strong storytelling and audience engagement.

    • Support end-to-end video production processes including planning, editing, rough cuts, revisions, and final delivery.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand messaging.

    • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve video quality and performance.

    • Utilize AI-powered tools to support script generation, AI characters, and creative content enhancement.

    • Stay updated on trending content styles, Gen Z video trends, and platform algorithm changes.


    Your Superpowers

    • Fresh graduates or candidates with around 1 year of experience in video editing or content creation are encouraged to apply.

    • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content, especially trending or Gen Z-style videos.

    • Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects is an added advantage.

    • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini for scripting and AI animation.

    • Ability to brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling ideas independently and collaboratively.

    • Good understanding of pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual storytelling techniques.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain consistent video output timelines.

    • Eager to learn new editing trends, AI tools, and content strategies.

    • Excellent command of both Mandarin and English, written and verbal.

    • Open-minded, adaptable, and receptive to feedback in a fast-paced creative environment.
