We are looking for a proactive and highly organised KOL Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day management of our content creators (IPs). This role is responsible for ensuring all talents remain consistent with their content, meet posting schedules, and receive the operational support needed to perform at their best.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people, be detail-oriented, and be capable of managing multiple talents and projects simultaneously.
What You'll Be Crafting
Talent Management
Manage the daily communication with assigned talents (IPs).
Build strong relationships and provide ongoing support.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Assist talents whenever they encounter issues with content creation or posting.
Content Planning & Coordination
Regularly discuss and collect upcoming content ideas from each talent.
Help talents plan their next content, including concepts, locations, collaborations and logistics.
Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars for all assigned talents.
Ensure content plans align with the company's marketing objectives.
Content Operations
Remind talents to upload content according to schedule.
Ensure every post is fully completed, including:
Uploading the content.
Posting on the correct platform(s).
Boosting posts where required.
Following all internal posting guidelines.
Step in to assist whenever a talent is unable to complete the operational tasks themselves.
Social Media Account Management
Set up new Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts for new IPs.
Configure account settings according to company standards.
Organise and maintain account login credentials securely.
Ensure every new IP is fully prepared before content production begins.
Performance Monitoring
Track each talent's posting consistency and activity.
Monitor adherence to content schedules.
Report delays, inactive talents or operational issues to management.
Suggest workflow improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.
Cross-Team Coordination
Coordinate with videographers, editors and designers to ensure timely content delivery.
Work closely with the marketing team for campaign launches and promotional activities.
Ensure smooth communication between all departments involved in content production.

Operational Excellence
All new IP social media accounts are set up before onboarding.
Account credentials are properly organised and maintained.
Smooth onboarding process for every new talent.
Planning & Coordination
Weekly content plans prepared for every active talent.
Monthly content calendars updated consistently.
Locations, props and production requirements coordinated before each shoot.
Your Superpowers
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy working with people and building trusted relationships with KOLs, clients, and internal teams.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to keep schedules, documents, and campaign logistics well organized.
Well-versed in both English and Chinese.
- Resourceful and proactive in solving operational challenges, whether it's finding a last-minute shooting venue, sourcing props, or coordinating logistics.
Comfortable coordinating photo and video production, including scheduling, venue bookings, transportation, and shoot-day support.
Able to manage administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation, contracts, leave applications, reimbursement claims, and record keeping.
Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills when dealing with venues, suppliers, and service providers.
Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the creator economy.
Willing to travel for production shoots, events, or creator engagements when required.
1–3 years of experience in operations, influencer marketing, talent management, event coordination, production, or project management is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and a passion for the creator industry are encouraged to apply.
