As our campaigns and team continue to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting team operations, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Be Crafting

• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations across marketing and creative teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for basic procurement and operational needs.
• Support the coordination of Virtual Assistants (VAs), including follow up on progress, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain and organize marketing assets, documents, and files so they are easy to access and well-kept.
• Handle data entry, update internal trackers, and assist in preparing simple reports when needed.

• Support inventory tracking and basic maintenance of company equipment.

• Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, coordination, and other ad hoc tasks.

Your Superpowers

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — we value attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems) is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating well within a team.
• Proactive mindset with good problem-solving abilities when handling administrative tasks.
• Responsible and able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
