What Youll Be Crafting
- Ideate and script 5 short-form video concepts daily and produce 1–3 short-form videos per day across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit and deliver 20–60 short-form videos per month, ensuring consistent quality, pacing, and storytelling.
- Take full ownership of the video production process — from brainstorming and scripting to editing, subtitling, and final delivery.
- Create engaging, scroll-stopping content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
- Adapt content into multiple formats and variations to support performance-driven campaigns.
- Utilize tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and relevant AI-based tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, media buying, and creative teams to ensure content supports overall campaign goals.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh and competitive.
Your Superpowers
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or Content Creator, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or fast-paced creative environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to handle high-volume short-form content with consistent quality.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and openness to using AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet daily and monthly content targets.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in pacing, subtitles, transitions, and visual consistency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high output standards.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to support or guide junior creatives or virtual assistants when needed.
