If you're an Influencer Marketing Manager who can overseeing street interview content, recruiting and mentoring creators, ensuring consistent social media presence, and driving cost-efficient content expansion and innovation. that drives real results — you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Crafting
Street Interview & On-Ground Content Projects
- You will own end-to-end execution of street-style content projects.
- What this includes:
Recruiting confident young men/women who can speak well in public
Identifying interviewers with potential and grooming them
Pairing interviewers with suitable videographers
Managing schedules, locations, and logistics
- Deploying teams to:
Peak clubbing areas
Party hotspots
Events, campuses, nightlife zones
- Preparing interviewers with:
Rough content direction
Sample questions
Shooting objectives (tone, vibe, pacing)
Ensuring content output is consistent, usable, and on-brand
You are expected to think like a producer, not just a coordinator.
- What this includes:
Influencer & Talent Grooming Program
We actively hire potential, not just follower count.
- Your role:
Scout college students / young creators with social media instinct
Onboard, manage, and mentor them
Help them:
Define their on-camera persona
Improve content quality
Stay consistent and relevant
- Track performance:
Posting consistency
Engagement trends
Content quality improvement
- Make hard decisions:
Remove underperformers
Continuously recruit new talent
Groom top performers into long-term brand assets
This is creator farming, not influencer buying.
- 3. Social Media Assets & Brand Image
You are responsible for ensuring that all social channels look alive, modern, and intentional.
- Maintaining a healthy mix of:
Street content
Influencer-style posts
Casual brand content
Ensuring brand tone, image, and perception are consistent
Working with editors/designers to keep visuals clean and current
Preventing content stagnation or brand fatigue
- 4. Content Expansion & Creative Brainstorming
You are expected to constantly ideate new ways to expand reach, such as:
New recurring content formats
New locations or communities
New creator archetypes (e.g. party crowd, campus crowd, lifestyle crowd)
- Remixing trends into our own formats
- You should proactively pitch new experiments, not wait for instructions.
5. Costing & Efficiency Management
This role requires strong cost awareness.
- You will:
Manage creator, interviewer, and videographer costs
Optimize spending per content output
- Balance:
Volume vs quality
Reach vs budget
Suggest ways to scale content without unnecessary burn
