Summary
Monitors balances, resolves payment issues, coordinates top-ups, and liaises with card issuers and internal teams while keeping accurate and up-to-date billing records.
Responsibilities:
Attach and manage credit cards across Meta billing accounts
Monitor cards and accounts balances, proactively flagging low funds and coordinating top-up requests as needed
Resolve payment issues including failed transactions and billing errors in a timely manner
Ensure all ad accounts remain active and adequately funded at all time
Liaise with card issuers and internal stakeholders to request and process funding when required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records across all managed accounts
Requirements:
Proficient in English (spoken and written); ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
Responsible for general administrative duties including documentation, data entry, and filing
Support daily office operations and coordination tasks
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Prior administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory
