Recruitment Consultant - Packaging

WE NEED RECRUITERS FROM PACKAGING INDUSTRY WITH HEAD HUNTING EXPERIENCE FOR THE PRINT, PACKAGING & CONTAINERS INDUSTRY.

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on relationship management and lead generation. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level positions
- Utilise HRIS platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and Taleo for candidate tracking
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Utilise social media management tools for recruitment campaigns
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Provide guidance on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of print, packaging and containers recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and drive recruitment initiatives
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques
