The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial recruitment, relationship management, and lead generation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and regular updates
- Lead generation to identify potential candidates for various roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilise social media management for recruitment campaigns
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

Experience
