As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the organisation. Duties
- Supervising and managing operational staff to ensure smooth running of activities
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Monitoring and evaluating operational performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Providing leadership and guidance to the operations team
