Ideally within: Renewables, Oil & Gas (Offshore), M&E, Civils & Groundworks, Industrial, Electrical, Building & Construction.

Role is based from home - with travel to clients (fully expensed).

Responsibilities

Unlike most recruitment agencies, this is securing long term/larger scale contracts.

Working with and reporting to the Directors, the BDM will be responsible for driving business growth within the organisation and maximising on market opportunities. This includes identifying a multifaceted growth pipeline and working on rewin plans for existing services to improve the likelihood of contracts being retained.

In conjunction with the rest of the Business Development and Growth team, they will lead on responses to opportunities by creating high quality winning bids, setting out strong rewin plans and communicating attractive market proposition to encourage interest from external organisations, commissioners and other key stakeholders.

As a key role within the group, the post holder will foster and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting the maximisation of opportunities.

This group has BDM's earning 6 figures a year consistently!

What we are looking for (MUST HAVE):

  • Experience in Renewables, Oil & Gas (Offshore), M&E, Civils & Groundworks, Industrial, Electrical, Building & Construction Recruitment
  • Experience in Temp Recruitment Sales

Qualifications - We understand formal qualifications aren't everything in sales!
