The opportunity:
As a Consultant, youll be at the epicentre of the Private equity space, providing critical support to and learning from our senior team members, as well as working with a remarkable variety of market-leading candidates and clients on a range of critical mandates, developing relationships and managing the end to end process.
What we want from you:
- Proactively identify and engage with best-in-class senior candidates and prospective clients, cultivating your own network of trusted relationships
- Utilise exceptional communication, on the phone and in person, to understand candidates backgrounds and motivations, client mandates and efficiently match the two
- Be the pivotal first point of contact for candidates and clients and act as an ambassador for our brand
- Harness market knowledge, deep-diving into your own research and taking advantage of our training and expertise to become an industry expert in your own right
- Excel in a fast-paced & high-performance environment, surrounded by driven & successful colleagues
The ideal candidate:
While we provide the tools for success, it is up to you to make it happen. Some attributes we look for in our Consultants include:
- 12+ months of previous recruitment experience, preferably within a similar market (finance) to our core verticals or within Private Equity
- Highly motivated, ambitious and willing to work hard to succeed
- Capacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting
- Impeccable communication skills and the ability to make an impact on senior candidates and existing and prospective clients, in-person, virtually or on the phone.
- Strong research and analytical skills
