Description
We are seeking a Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in support of a long-term contract with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Will participate in Agile development services to design, implement, operate and maintain a software solution for CMS that facilitates data exchange between pharmacies, drug manufacturers, and other dispensing entities.
Responsibilities
- Applies a systematic, disciplined, quantified engineering approach to the development, operation and maintenance of software.
- Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities.
- Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts.
- Translates detailed design into computer software.
- Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product.
- Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
- Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
- May provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree + 6 years of experience
- MA/MS Degree + 4 years of experience (3 years must be specialized experience)
- No Degree + 10 years of experience (8 years must be specialized experience)
Experience:
- DevSecOps experience with the following tools: Jenkins/AWS CodePipeline, CI/CD & SecOps tools and processes, CloudFormation/Terraform
Desired
- Experience supporting Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) contracts
