Description
Our client, based out of Baltimore, MD, is seeking a full-time Recruiter. You will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent
to support our client's company culture, growth and success.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and engaging with top-tier candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various channels and platforms to source, identify, and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Manage the full and complete recruitment lifecycle as a recruiting team of one, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and support in defining job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Collaborate on the selection process, ensuring alignment with company values and goals. Provide weekly updates and monthly metrics on talent acquisition.
Candidate Experience:
- Create a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the onboarding process.
- Communicate effectively and frequently with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.
- Represent company at industry events and job fairs to enhance their visibility.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple phases of numerous different job requisites.
- Recruiting in a healthcare related field.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR databases.
Skills:
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
