Our client, based out of Baltimore, MD, is seeking a full-time Recruiter.  You will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent
to support our client's company culture, growth and success. 

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and engaging with top-tier candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. 

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Utilize various channels and platforms to source, identify, and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full and complete recruitment lifecycle as a recruiting team of one, from initial contact to offer negotiation.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support in defining job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Collaborate on the selection process, ensuring alignment with company values and goals. Provide weekly updates and monthly metrics on talent acquisition.

Candidate Experience:

  • Create a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the onboarding process.
  • Communicate effectively and frequently with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.
  • Represent company at industry events and job fairs to enhance their visibility.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple phases of numerous different job requisites.
  • Recruiting in a healthcare related field.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR databases.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills. 
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
