As a Collector and CMO Staff, you will be responsible for managing collections activities and supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in various administrative and strategic tasks.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in collections or customer account management, showcasing a proven track record of successful debt recovery and customer relationship management.
  • Present a strong portfolio that highlights experience in managing collections processes and contributing to marketing and administrative tasks.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of collection procedures, customer service best practices, and familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage and resolve account issues while maintaining positive customer relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage collections activities, including contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
  • Assist the CMO in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support various administrative tasks and contribute to the development of marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with collection regulations and company policies while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Leverage expertise in collections and marketing tools to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness in managing customer accounts and supporting marketing efforts.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.
