As a Personal Assistant (Singapore Based), you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative assistance to our CEO, ensuring their schedules are well-managed and tasks are completed efficiently. Additionally, you will assist our CEO, who is primarily based in Palembang, particularly when she is in Singapore, ensuring she receives the support needed to carry out her responsibilities effectively.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to speak in English is a must.
  • Express willingness to be placed in either Singapore and Palembang area, showing flexibility in location preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assisting in organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring executives' travel plans run smoothly.
  • Preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports as required, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
