As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the availability and condition of essential operational materials and raw ingredients, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in our Central Kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Hold at least a Bachelors degree (S1) from any field.
  • Demonstrate strong physical strength and endurance for handling raw materials, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Have knowledge of food raw materials and proficiency in managing inventory processes such as FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
  • Possess a solid understanding of the purchasing process for raw materials in the local market.
  • Showcase excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in stock management and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of managing inventory for operational and raw materials, ensuring they meet necessary standards and are available when needed.
  • Conduct inspections of raw materials, identifying shortages or discrepancies, and reporting findings promptly.
  • Maintain stock in optimal condition, ensuring items are stored appropriately to preserve quality.
  • Select and process incoming goods based on requirements, type, and quality.
  • Perform stocktaking, physically counting and verifying items in the warehouse.
