As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our team members.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in training and development, showcasing a proven track record of successful training programs.
• Present a strong portfolio that highlights your expertise in curriculum design, training delivery, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training best practices.
• Showcase strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage and motivate learners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs to meet the needs of the organization and enhance employee performance.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Design training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
• Deliver training sessions using various methods, such as in-person workshops, webinars, and online courses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary improvements.
