- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in training and development, showcasing a proven track record of successful training programs.
- Present a strong portfolio that highlights your expertise in curriculum design, training delivery, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training best practices.
- Showcase strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage and motivate learners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs to meet the needs of the organization and enhance employee performance.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Design training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
- Deliver training sessions using various methods, such as in-person workshops, webinars, and online courses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary improvements.
